Normand Boucher : ウィキペディア英語版 | Normand Boucher Normand "Norm" Boucher is a Canadian politician. He was the mayor of Medicine Hat, Alberta for two terms and sat on the Medicine Hat City Council. He completed over 30 years of police service with the Royal Canadian Mounted police and retired as a Superintendent. He held leadership positions in two United Nations missions (Civilian Police Sector Chief in Croatia in 1995 UNPROFOR, and, CIVPOL Director of Operations in Kosovo in 2001 UNMIK). He was the Deputy Driector of the Canadian Police College in Ottawa. He was subsequently appointed Chief of Police for the Medicine Hat Police Service where he served for six years. During his career he received six police decorations and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee medal in 2013. Mr. Boucher testified at the war crimes tribunal in TheHagues (ICTY) in 2008. Mr. Boucher is married to Sanja and he has two sons, Nicholas and Daniel. Three grand-children, Monique, Isabel and Jacob and his grand niece, Hana are the next generation he cherishes. ==References==
